How to make tempe kemul Wonosobo, crunchy and make you not stop eating

Ingredients:
- 1/2 board tempeh
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
- Enough chives

Fine spices:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
- Sufficient salt

How to make:
1. Grind the spices. Set aside.
2. Mix the three types of flour, fine spices, powdered turmeric, and water. Make the dough thick almost liquid consistency.
3. Add flour to the dough, prepare hot oil in a wok.
4. Take the tempeh and the dough, add it to the wok from the edge of the wok. Add the dough until it is quite wide.
5. Fry until dry, when it's dry the batter on the edge of the wok will come off on its own. Serve hot with cayenne pepper.
