Ingredients:
- 500 gr of chicken meat
- 6 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger, grated
- 1 lemongrass, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 pieces of orange leaves
- Galangal, geprek
- 1 tomato, cut into 2
- 1 tsp pepper
- Powdered broth
- Salt
- Sugar
- 10 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced and fried until crisp

Complementary ingredients:
- Boiled bean sprouts
- Celery sliced
- Lime
- Fried garlic
- Sambal

How to make:
1. Boil chicken meat with approximately 2 liters of water.
2. Finely chop red and white onions and pepper.
3. Saute fine spices, add ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves, orange leaves, galangal and saute until fragrant.
4. Add stir-fried spices to the meat stew, add tomatoes, fried garlic, sugar, salt, powdered broth.
5. Cook until the meat is tender.
