How to make typical Betawi gabus pucung vegetables, a simple dish with a special taste

Material:
- 2 medium snakehead fish, coat with salt, fry
- 5 curly red chilies
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, take the white, crush it
- 1 tablespoon white basic spices
- A handful of red and green cayenne pepper
- Turmeric to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Sugar and salt to taste
- Enough flavoring powder
- Galangal to taste
- 3 bay leaves
- Leeks and tomatoes
- Pucung or kluwek to taste
- Enough water
- Enough oil

How to make:
1. Soak kluwek in hot water.
2. Puree the chilies, ginger, turmeric, sugar and salt. Saute ground spices.
3. Pour in 1 full tablespoon of white basic seasoning. Stir well.
4. Add lemongrass, galangal and salam. Saute until the spices are cooked.
5. Pour in water. Wait until it boils.
6. Add the flavoring powder, kluwek, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the cayenne wilts.
7. Before removing, add the fried snakehead fish, tomatoes and green onions. Stir briefly.
